Throughout the course of history, the concept of self-knowledge has been a hot topic. From Plato and Socrates to Maslow and Myers-Briggs, the idea of knowing who we are has been thought about and analyzed in myriad ways. Who you are has three different aspects: Values, Personality and Experiences.
Values help you understand what you need, what is important to you. Personality dictates how you demonstrate that. Your experiences provide the path. Being aware of your values, personality and experiences creates a kaleidoscope of opportunity for you to live a fulfilling life that has an impact, not only on you, but the world.
Take a few hour this Saturday to escape from the hustle and bustle and connect with your true self. You will discover your true values and the values that you are really living by. We will paint a picture of your ideal future.
12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time
